Dark golden beer with a noose of caramel and cane sucker. This beer has an aromatic flavors of caramel, cappuccino and chocolate, Calvados and malt. It’s without much bitterness. It’s truly a lovely beer that fills the mouth and leaves a pleasant heat in the body.
Pairing: Pork jaws and other braised meats, lamb with root vegetables, Indian lamb dishes.

You are meet with a nose of caramel, dried peach / apricot and summer flowers. The first flavor that hits the palate is a wonderful feeling of freshly ground mild coffee, followed by a taste of caramel syrup. It has undertones of light dark chocolate in the aftertaste.
Pairing: Firm cheeses such manchego and comté with pickled sweet fruits. Slow food and braising of various meat types.

This golden caramel beer has been lying on an Oloroso oak barrel for 5 months. The light taste of tannins suits the full-bodied beer and the light oxygen gives the beer a complex vinous taste. It is fresh and has acidity and obesity. The 5 months on the plate have made it dry, clear and round.
Pairing: Brassed meat, veal roast, grilled pork or chicken.
