Type: Dark Ale with Belgium monastery yeast
Nose: Beautiful creamy foam with a scent of slightly burned notes like in toasted rye bread. There is a fruitfulness of the orange and a scent of liquorice and alcohol. Taste: It’s dry, starting with a taste of liquorice powder and ending in English liquorice. Right behind that you can find cinnamon and cardamom.
To be aired a little in the glass and it becomes very vinous.
Pairing: Ceramic roaster with pork, dates, orange, onion, spinach and parsley. Slowfood, braised meat with muscovado sugar, sweet barbecue marinated grilled meat, blue mold with quince and dates.

Chocolate brown beer that smells of vanilla and cocoa beans. Taste of l dark chocolate and dark roasted coffee that turns into anise and ends with a taste of caramelized sugar.
Pairing: Drink alone or with Slow Food, red meat, grilled pork, braised pork.
