India Pale Lager is brewed with a pilsner yeast and dry-hopped like an IPA. The taste is round and well-balanced, with fruity notes of citrus, flowers, and honey, finished with a light bitterness.
Pairing: Perfect for Easter lunches, Danish cuisine, juicy burgers, barbecue gatherings on the terrace, and spicy Asian dishes.

An amazing wheat beer with a greater residual sweetness than a classic wheat beer and more fruity richness. Very refreshing beer with an extra touch of spice in the finish.

Bøgedal Flowerhop - Organic
It is an elegant dry IPA at the light bumped end. Dry hops with local hops and Sorachi & Mosaic hops.
Fragrance: nectar, flowers in general. Taste: flowers, citrus from the citrus flowers and nectar.
Pairing: lobster, crabs and other powerful seafood. White asparagus with browned butter and Asian steamed mussels with lemongrass, lunch, spicy food.
