Type: Wheat with wild yeast
Hops: Centennial and Pearl
Spices: Coriander seeds and orange
Nature has gifted us with this lightly fermented wild yeast wheat. It is based on a slightly modified wheat recipe. Some more orange and slightly more aroma hops have been added. But otherwise it is a wild yeast that are doing the job. It has given the beer the perfect soured and dry twist. There is almost little cider over it with a perfect balance between acid and body.
Pairing: Aperitif, tapas and sushi.
