Tapas & beer tasting

Lower your shoulders and take a seat for an informal, sensory experience at Bøgedal, where presence and immersion take center stage. Here, we unite our historic brewing craft with great food in peaceful surroundings.

We begin with a tour of Scandinavia’s only all-gravity brewery. Get up close to the mash tuns, wood fire, and manual hoists, and hear the story of how the beer flows purely by gravity—completely without pumps.

Along the way, we will guide you through 5 selected brews (approx. 75 cl in total), poured at the perfect temperature. Each beer brings its own distinctive profile, edge, and depth.

The experience is completed at the table with a delicious Nordic tapas board, curated to pair effortlessly with the rich nuances and malty body of the beer. Look forward to freshly baked sourdough bread, carefully selected cheeses and charcuterie, crisp vegetables, pesto, hummus, and olives.
