Tapas & beer tasting
A tour and a tasting of 5 beers, followed by tapas in the barn in summer or indoors in winter. The food follows the season and is matched with beer from the brewery.
The full experience: first a tour of the brewery, then a tasting of 5 beers, and finally tapas — in the barn in summer, indoors when it is cold.
The tapas platter follows the season and is made from local produce: sourdough, cheeses, charcuterie, serrano ham, pesto, hummus, vegetables and olives. We match it with beer from the brewery so the food and the brews pull in the same direction.
Let us know well in advance if anyone in the party has allergies or does not eat meat — we will adjust the platter.
