Bøgedal Brew is located in the Vejle valley. We brew handmade beer from start to finish without pumps. We move the beer from vessel to vessel using a hoist. The beer is flavourful, full-bodied, elegant, and balanced, with many nuances like wine. We use an all-gravity brewery where the wort is boiled over fire in a kettle shaped like a bull. The brewery has been open since 2004. Meet Bøgedal together with Master Fatman in the DR series Smagen af Danmark.

Jakob is a long-standing friend of the house and has over the years created a very special atmosphere at our Christmas markets. Now, we invite you inside for an evening dedicated to communal singing.
