Bøgedal Brew is located in the Vejle valley. We brew handmade beer from start to finish without pumps. We move the beer from vessel to vessel using a hoist. The beer is flavourful, full-bodied, elegant, and balanced, with many nuances like wine. We use an all-gravity brewery where the wort is boiled over fire in a kettle shaped like a bull.
