Brewery tour & beer tasting
A tour of Scandinavia's only all-gravity brewery, where everything is done by hand and hoist. Followed by a tasting of 5 handmade beers of approx. 10–15 cl.
Bøgedal is Scandinavia's only all-gravity brewery. There are no pumps — everything moves by gravity, and every brew is shifted by hand and hoist.
The tour takes you all the way round: from malt and mash tun to fermentation and the barrel cellar. Along the way we explain why every brew becomes its own — we number them rather than name them, because no two are ever alike.
Afterwards you taste 5 of our handmade beers. Dress for the season; the brewhouse and barn are cold rooms all year.
