Tasting Notes
Inspired by classic Belgian abbey beers, featuring a clean and complex flavor profile. The aroma offers fine notes of roasted coffee, rye bread, and roasted chestnuts, complemented by fruity touches of orange and a hint of licorice. The palate is dry and slightly tangy – starting with a touch of licorice powder that slowly develops into nuances of English licorice, with a subtle coffee finish.
Food Pairing
Slow-braised pork, slow food dishes with muscovado sugar, barbecue-marinated grilled meat, and blue cheese with quince.
