Full-bodied hop-free beer with seductive notes of dog rose and beeswax
Tasting Notes
Brewed without hops and aged in oak with wild rose petals (dog rose). The palate is round and full-bodied with fine notes of dog roses, grains, and a touch of beeswax. The high residual sweetness is beautifully balanced by the beer's depth and warmth, making it excellent for aging – it only gets better with the years.
Food Pairing
Vesterhavsost, red smear cheeses, mature firm cow's cheeses, goat's cheese, and sourdough bread.
