Tasting Notes
Tastes like an exclusive chocolate with dried cherries inside deep dark (75%) chocolate. The beer is very powerful, sweet, yet dry at the same time. The nose is enticed by dried fruits, chocolate, and acidity, while the palate holds deep dark chocolate, berries, prunes, and smoke. (Serve in small glasses at 12-14°C).
Food Pairing
Strong cheeses – preferably blue mold cheeses – and dark chocolate cakes.
