Tasting Notes
The result of a very special process: a full-bodied stout aged 8 months in rum casks from Hampden Distillery and blended with 35% Dark Ale No. 756. The beer presents an outstanding and complex palate, where notes of dried fruits, chocolate, muscovado, and rum meet harmoniously. This depth makes it a true sensory experience. (Serve in small glasses at 12-14°C).
Food Pairing
Works perfectly as a replacement for rum after dinner, or as a companion to blue cheeses.
