This beer has been bottle-conditioned since 2013 and presents itself today as a beautifully balanced enjoyment. If it must be compared to anything, it is a vintage Sherry. The aroma offers ripe black olive, chanterelles, and almonds. The palate is grand, creamy, and full-bodied with a prominent sweetness and notes of marzipan and bitter almonds.

Dark chocolate desserts, Crêpe Suzette with orange, nougat ice cream, or phyllo pastry with caramel filling.
